Heatmap is an AI thermal sensor for After Effects and Premiere Pro. It estimates the heat in ordinary footage and renders it as a thermal image.

Presets and Palettes:

Five palettes are included: Inferno, Magma, Ironbow, Rainbow and Arctic. The preset menu covers the common looks, from broadcast thermal cameras to night vision surveillance and inverted cold. A preset sets every parameter in the effect and can be modified afterwards.

Temporal Stability:

Estimating each frame in isolation produces flicker and crawl on moving footage. Temporal Stability carries the estimate across frames in three modes, keeping the heat consistent on handheld shots and camera moves.

Lots of settings:

Sensor Resolution, Quality, Edge Snap, Texture, Material Response, Levels, Gamma and Blend with Source are all exposed, with the full Sensor Simulation group underneath. Every parameter is animatable.
