All you have to do is drag & drop these elements onto your scene as and when required. Each variety of element is placed in groups viz.

I have included the ‘Catalogue’ in html format which can be found inside ‘Help & Documentation’ folder for you to refer.
The Text elements would require little to none effort. Just write your own text and the box behind those texts would adjust accordingly. All are in shape layers (Vector elements) so you could resize it as you want. Just remember to click the ‘Rasterize’ toggle button on the particular layer. Certain elements have expressions in it (universal) so as to adjust certain parameters according to what you feed.
So just import the Project file in your project and DO NOT delete the ‘Dependencies’ and ‘Solids’ folder.
